The educational institution is opening on March 30

Despite the sudden increase in coronavirus infection, general, madrasa, technical level government-private primary, secondary and higher education institutions are opening on March 30.

For this, on February 26, the Minister of Education Dr. The Ministry of Education on Sunday (March 14) instructed the concerned people to implement the decision taken at the inter-ministerial meeting chaired by Dipu Moni.

The directive was given in a circular signed by Deputy Secretary Mohammad Abdul Awal from the coordination branch of the ministry.

The instructions are that the Ministry of Health and Education should complete the vaccination of coronavirus teachers and staff associated with the educational institution before March 30. If any educational institution needs to be renovated or repaired, it should be completed before March 30. In this regard, the Department of Education Engineering, the Department of Local Government Engineering, and if necessary, the Department of Public Works will have to take measures to reform or repair the relevant educational institutions.

 

At the field level, officials from the Department of Health and the Department of Family Planning will periodically inspect each educational institution and monitor compliance with health protection.

After playing in the educational institution, SSC students will be given 60 working days and HSC students will be given 60 working days to take the test in a short syllabus.

It is learned that an inter-ministerial meeting was held on February 28 in the conference room of the cabinet. Education Minister Dipu Moni announced to open all the educational institutions in the country from March 30.

The education minister said that in the beginning, students of fifth, tenth and twelfth classes will take classes six days a week. Ninth grade students will take classes two days a week. The rest of the class will come home from class one day a week and go home.

It is to be mentioned that after the first corona patient was identified on March 6 last year, the educational institution was declared closed from March 16. The seven-point leave has been extended step by step. So far all the educational institutions are closed. Lastly, on February 26, the government issued an order declaring holidays in all educational institutions of the country till March 29.
